Jolly is the mind behind the design, generating visual frameworks and holistic systems that produce impactful creative for our clients. His skillset is clear in its ability to put you in the mind of the consumer first, translating a brand’s overall strategy into creative output across numerous touch-points on a global scale.

With over 20 years of experience, Jolly’s been an integral member of record-breaking creative teams for industry leaders like McDonalds, HP, PepsiCo, Unilever, and more. He’s worked with Lay’s and Tropicana to adapt and refine their global design systems, and has mentored a growing a team of designers in the rollout of 8,000 SKUs for Tesco. Jolly’s unique ability to organize people, processes, and creative development with feedback is key in setting a design team up for success.

He joined The Shed for three simple reasons: its people, their values and their “no-bullshit” way of working…and having the freedom of autonomy is what’s kept him here.
